Patrick is an experienced real estate professional, who started his career in property in 2011, by purchasing a Management Rights business in Brisbane. The strata title onsite manager role led him to grow his profound interest in the property market and become an expert in Property Management, Residential Sales and Commercial Sales.
Patrick has a wealth of experience and knowledge in looking after the needs of his customers. He has previously worked for reputable firms such as LJ Hooker and Raine & Horne. His experience in the health industry, prior to entering the real estate business, differentiates him as professional who cares for the wellbeing of his customers. To cater to the specific needs of his client base and to offer a niche service to his valued customers, Patrick established Maeva Properties.
With Queensland experiencing a net increase in migration and the South East corridor experiencing the benefits of this population boom, Patrick has the ability and the cultural knowledge to converse with prospective buyers and tenants to get the best possible results for his vendors and landlords. Born on a small island in the South Pacific and of Chinese descent, he is multi-lingual and can speak fluent English, French and Hakka. An added advantage is that he has a strong understanding of Cantonese and is conversant in Mandarin.
Patrick is a devoted father of two children and is a well-respected member in his local community. In his spare time, he is keen to broaden his understanding of different cultures by attending cultural meetings and events. He enjoys keeping fit by honing his skills in martial arts and teaches his children the benefits it brings into their everyday life, being respect, discipline, confidence and the importance of being humble while contributing to society.
